HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The one time fee for a logo design is $199.
WHAT IS THE ORDER PROCESS ?
After submitting your order you can select between payment methods. We accept Paypal and most major credit cards. The $99 down payment is required to start on your order. The first three logo designs will be emailed to you in 72 hours. After that we make the needed alterations based on your feedback. We will change the logos until you state that you are satisfied! WHAT FILE FORMATS YOU PROVIDE
Once you have accepted the final logo, your files will be sent to you by e-mail (unless otherwise specified) in JPG, GIF, TIFF, Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW Formats. Any additional format can be provided upon request
HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY FINISHED LOGO?
You can receive your final logo design via e-mail. We can also e-mail your Logo directly to your print shop.
I’M FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY. IS THIS A PROBLEM?
Absolutely not. The majority of our customers are from the U.S.A. We also receive quite a number of orders from other European and Asian countries as well. There should be no problem at all.
WHO OWNS THE COPYRIGHT OF THE LOGO DESIGN?
You fully own the copyright! You can register your Logo at the USPTO. We can also place the registered mark or the TM mark on your logo if requested.
DO YOU KEEP THE LOGO DESIGN ON YOUR BACKUP SYSTEM IF I LOST AND NEED MY LOGO?
Yes we do. We backup our work every day on CD-s and DVD-s. If you require another copy of your Logo design, please do not hesitate to email us at customerservice@logo–design.com.
If you are not satisfied with the initial concepts and revisions provided by us, you may request a refund. You are entitled to a full refund, anytime.
